1. How do I start earning reward points?
To earn Reward Points, you simply need to have registered for a FibreGlassDirect account. From the homepage, click Register in the upper-right corner of the header. You can rack up Reward Points in the following ways:
• Sign up for FibreGlassDirect account — you earn 250 Points worth £5 which can be redeemed on future purchases.
• Shop — every time you spend £1 you will earn 1 Reward Point worth 2p. The more you spend, the more you earn.
2. How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your Points, simply add items to your shopping cart, and click the “Checkout” button (if you’re not already signed in, the next screen will prompt you to sign in to your account). Continue through the checkout process. When you get to the Payment Information section, you’ll see a box that says “Use my rewards points.” When you click it, your Points will be used and the money value will be deducted from your order total.
3. How can I check my points balance?
You can check your Reward Points balance on your account page. Your Account page lists your points balance history, which displays the dates your points were earned. We will send you an email to inform you of each time you earn points and when your points are about to expire.
